We’re splitting Third Thursday Wellness into two separate events moving forward to help the evening flow more smoothly. If you’d like to participate in Sound Bath, please sign up for that event separately. AcuDetox is a simple, restorative practice using up to five small, sterile, single-use needles placed in specific points on each ear. It helps calm the nervous system, reduce cravings, improve sleep, relieve stress, and support emotional balance. Offered in partnership with Cevicios De La Raza, with their trained technicians providing services.
