Step into the ring (metaphorically) with our high-energy Phoenix Boxing class! This class is split into two parts: first, we’ll run through a station-based boxing drill session to dial in technique, footwork, and combos. Then we’ll shift gears into a station-based boxing workout session—think full-body conditioning with a punch. Whether you're brand new or a seasoned striker, you’ll get to move, sweat, and grow in a supportive, sober community. Gloves provided, good vibes guaranteed.
