HIIT-style group fitness class designed to challenge your strength, conditioning, and endurance in a fun, supportive environment. Expect a fresh format every week with a mix of circuits, intervals, partner work, and full-body training that keeps every class feeling new and exciting. All levels are welcome — work at your own pace, and alternatives are always provided for any exercises that don’t work for your body or experience level.
Just yourself and some comfortable clothes! Water bottle recommended, but we have cups and a water cooler for refills!
