Self Management and Recovery Training (SMART) is a mutual aid recovery support group aimed to help build and maintain motivation; cope with urges; manage thoughts, feelings, and behavior; and live a balanced lifestyle. Meetings are 6 PM Tuesdays in the outpatient waiting room at the Methodist Hospital for Continuing Care. Enter the "B.B. Owens Memorial" building entrance; go to the end; go left; then right at the cafeteria; go right; then left to the elevators. On the 2nd floor, go left and past the bathroom & water fountain.
