We will meet at **Roy H. Cullen Timing Track** (not the running center). Exact address and map are in the below special instructions. be sure to arrive a bit early to get parking ($2) Warm-up: 2 easy laps (800 m total); Dynamic Stretches (leg swings, high knees, butt kicks, skips, etc); Main set: (6-10 laps) Run up to 2.5 miles. Heart rate should stay in zone 1 or zone 2 Cooldown: 2 laps; static stretching: hamstrings, quads, claves, hips Total about 3 miles, with a focus on aiming for 60 to 70 percent of your max heart rate.
Water bottle, insect repellent, sunscreen, towel, change of clothes if needed. credit card for parking machine: 2 dollars for 3 hours.
