Looking for a supportive space to begin or deepen your recovery journey? Join our Recovery Dharma meeting—open to all, especially newcomers. Each gathering includes a short reading, a guided meditation to help you ground and reconnect, and group sharing in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. Recovery Dharma is a peer-led, Buddhist-inspired program for overcoming addiction of all kinds. It offers a non-theistic, empowering alternative to 12-step programs, emphasizing that recovery comes from within by developing wisdom, compassion, and understanding through community support. 🙏🪷🧘
