This flow style yoga class incorporates Vinyasa, elements of Ashtanga and winds down with a brief restorative Yin sequence at the end. Focus is hip flexors, balance poses and backbends to stretch the front of the spine. Tools: (provided!) Yoga wheel/blocks/bolster for backbends depending on your body’s availability. While this is a more intermediate/advanced class, we will utilize the same sequence of poses each week to build muscle memory, strength and skill level. Modifications will be provided for beginners/explorers. This is a faster paced, more intense class. Challenge yourself, join us, find your edge.
Equipment provided. We will use blocks/bolsters/yoga wheel - your choice based upon your body’s availability. You are welcome to bring your own yoga wheel if you have one and a towel because you will get sweaty 😉
