Open Gym!! Sunday mornings at The Phoenix - Las Vegas Community Center. Drop in. Do your own exercise routine, or try the workout of the day (WOD). Music will be playing... we'll have coffee ready... AND reward yourself with a fun stickers!! Grab one to celebrate that you made it into the gym

¿Qué llevar?

Bring yourself. Bring a friend who supports you in your recovery. (But sorry.... no pets, or anyone under age 18) We have bikes and row machines. There are free weights, kettle bells, and stretch bands. And yoga mats, blocks, and other yoga equipment.
