Come move with us during Open Gym! You’ll have free access to our gym equipment and the space to use however you choose—whether you're working out, stretching, doing yoga, meditating, or just taking a moment for yourself in a supportive environment. Please be sure to reserve your spot in advance and check in with a staff member or the lead volunteer when you arrive.
