This is an Open Gym event during regular hours of TAC Fitness. Please check in with the front desk as a Phoenix member. At 5pm, after Open Gym, there is group therapy (Do Wrong Right Group) - in the Conference room of Midvalley Family Practice - directly across the parking lot from TAC Fitness. All are welcome.
