Hello! Welcome to our bi-weekly kickboxing sessions with Flurry Fitness! This class is an amazing it’s 15 minutes of warmup followed by 7 rounds of kickboxing then 10 minutes of a of stretching/abs. It is very beginner friendly , go at any intensity you can and take breaks if needed! Gloves and wraps will be provided So arrive 15 min (11:45am) early to sign the waiver and get wraps on class begins at 12:00pm . Wear comfortable tennis shoes or go bearfooted, the bag is quite hard until you get used to it. We do tend to go eat afterwards as a group, meal Is NOT covereded by Pheonix, but we would love to get to know you.
Drivers License required for first time! You can come in a sign a waiver. I’ll be at the front waiting for you. Can’t wait to see you!
