Food is generously provided by Harvest House. Each week the recipes will be based on what is provided. A nutritional breakdown will be provided, followed by a discussion on understanding nutrition. Comparison pricing online and at local markets for the ingredients will be provided, as well as a breakdown of cost per person. We will make the meal together, try it, and send copies home with everyone.
