Workouts feeling stale? Tired of not sending your climbing projects? This all-levels strength and conditioning class is for you. Expect the best of both worlds: half of the program is familiarizing yourself with climbing drills on the bouldering wall (more experienced climbers will still be challenged with alternative drills) and half of the program is in the fitness space with a total-body, climber-specific workout. You’ll leave sweaty and stronger with up-leveled knowledge of how to take your climbing or fitness skills to new heights. Shoe Rentals Included. Arrive early and ready to feel the burn.
