Come unwind in the Zen Lounge and flow through a mini-yoga session. We honor all bodies on this journey and will modify all moves. Both Chair Yoga & Mat Yoga are offered.

Bring some water and an open heart. Yoga mats & blocks are provided

Check in with security, then take the elevator or stairs to the 3rd Floor Recovery Room. We will be at the end of the hall.
