Find balance in your body with this Half Vinyasa, Half Yin flow. Vinyasa is a smooth transition between positions in a flowing style. Yin is a slow paced flow that holds positions for longer periods of time. You'll leave class feeling invigorated and calm, ready for your weekend!
Do best to bring a yoga mat a water bottle. Haven’t got a yoga mat? There are exercise pads available that you can use with a towel (also provided); or you can message me and I will bring you an extra mat of mine.
