This week we will build on our Strict Overhead Press and Push Press, by learning Push Jerk. The main workout will consist of Push Jerk, Assault Bike Cals, and Single Unders. *Bext Tuesday(March 17), I will not be having class. The Phoenix is having Arcade Night, come and enjoy playing video games.
