For Beginner's Strength Training class this week, we will be learning two movements-Ring Rows and Plate/Box Jumps. The WOD(Workout of the Day) will consist of Ring Rows, Plate/Box Jumps, Shuttle Runs, and maybe something else. All these movements are doable for any fitness level, and they can be scaled up or down to meet your fitness journey.
