We will be doing a nice long workout Sunday. I'm combining Sean's workout Wednesday, with my workout Tuesday, with some core work at the end. This workout will definitely challenge you. First part will include Assault Bike Cals, Lunges and Thrusters, with a 2 minute recovery, followed by Running, Tire Flips, Sled Push, and Deadlifts, with a 2 minute recovery, ending with Wall Ball Situps and Single-Unders. Weights, and Movements can be scaled. The intent is to understand your body, learn to pace when to be steady, and when to push hard. Come and have fun. You won't regret it.
