In a world that often asks us to stay silent or small, this is a space to move with truth, intention, and joy. No choreography. No judgment. Just rhythm, presence, and connection. Whether you’re in recovery, in transition, or simply seeking a space to be real, you are welcome here. Come exactly as you are—this moment is yours to meet. Doors open at 7PM at the 14th Street Y. Let’s dance with purpose.

In ecstatic dance, there’s no right way to move—just your way. Come as you are, dance barefoot, honor your space and others’, no talking on the dance floor, and let the music guide you. This is a judgment-free zone for expression and presence.
