Whether you’re new to the mat or returning to practice, you’ll be supported in finding greater strength, balance, and ease—on and off the mat. Come as you are. Everyone is welcome. If you already have your own yoga mat, bring it with you. (There are communal mats, props and sanitizing materials available.)
