Join us for a high-intensity cardio kickboxing workout that combines martial arts-inspired techniques with strength and conditioning exercises. This energizing class is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, build endurance, and develop functional strength through punches, kicks, and dynamic movement. No experience is necessary, and modifications can be provided for different fitness levels. Like all Phoenix events, this is a non-contact class. There is no sparring or physical contact between participants. The focus is on fitness, movement, and recovery in a supportive community.
