Weeks 1 & 2 (July 18 & 25): Introduction to Ayurveda and mantra meditation. These sessions cover the same material, so attend either one. Learn the three doshas and experience a guided mantra meditation. Week 3 (Aug 1) Explore Ayurvedic nutrition, movement, and sleep to build energy and balance. Week 4 (Aug 8) Learn how emotions, meditation, and daily self-care routines support resilience, well-being, and spiritually inspired sobriety. No experience is needed - just come with an open mind and a willingness to learn.
