This isn't your average water aerobics; it’s a specialized session adapted for the pool to build serious core strength, flexibility, and posture. I’ll be your host as a professional instructor guides us through muscular balance and mental awareness. Whether you’re a pro or a beginner, this is the perfect way to move your body while soaking in those iconic skyline views. Ample (free 2-hour) parking in the parking lot underneath the Aquatic Center. Since parking and the building can be tricky to navigate your first time - please arrive early. Call me if you need directions. 747-476-2398
